Representation in court

Since January 1, 2000, lawyers have been authorized to represent clients before all other local and regional courts in Germany in addition to the courts where they were originally explicitly admitted (admission now refers to the respective bar association, rather than to the courts). As long as a lawyer was admitted to a higher regional court, he or she was also allowed to represent clients before all other higher regional courts from July 1, 2002. This has changed fundamentally.
In criminal cases, all lawyers are authorized to represent clients before all courts in Germany, including the Federal Court of Justice.
In civil cases, lawyers are now only admitted separately before the Federal Court of Justice. They can represent clients before all other courts.
In patent cases, lawyers can also represent clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court, and in patent invalidity cases also before the Federal Court of Justice. Representation in Community trademark and Community design matters before all authorities (such as the European Union Intellectual Property Office - formerly the Office for Harmonization - in Alicante) is also possible.
We can also represent clients in tax matters before the Federal Tax Court.

- Angeforderte Webseite oder Datei
- Browsertyp und Browserversion
- Verwendetes Betriebssystem
- Verwendeter Gerätetyp
- Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
- IP-Adresse in anonymisierter Form (wird nur zur Feststellung des Orts des Zugriffs verwendet)
Zu welchen Zwecken werden die Daten erhoben?
In WebAnalytics werden Daten ausschließlich zur statistischen Auswertung und zur technischen Optimierung des Webangebots erhoben.
Werden Daten an Dritte weitergegeben?
Es werden keine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben.
